SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

Delivery Times

• UK Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
• UK Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (if available)

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location. Please note, cost for delivery for all furniture items will be subject to a postcode. this will be made apparent at the check out. 

Delivery Areas We currently ship to addresses only within the United Kingdom. 

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at sal.iveson@yahoo.com within 48 hours of expected delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as promptly as we can.

Special Product Considerations Some paint products may have shipping restrictions due to carrier regulations. We'll notify you if any items in your order are affected.
